No matter how I order: (through the app, through a third party, or in person) they seem to always get it right. I remember one time ordering A pizza through the app and they personally Called me to let me know they didn’t have those and what I would like as a replacement for my son. Definitely a lot better than what other establishments would have done. They never go overboard and are always polite. I love this staff and this location. Keep up the good work guys. Might I add, I live within walking distance So consider me a regular.
I'm not sure why google always says this Subway is closed. It's open regularly. I stopped in for my first time to a Subway in 15 years. Won't visit Subway again for at least another 15. Food quality wasnt there. I've had much better gas station sandwiches. Furthermore, granted i ordered off a 'new' menu, two footlongs with no chips or drinks were $29. Wishing id gone to Firehouse or Publix instead. The staff was SUPER fast, friendly, clean, and professional here, though. Kudos to them. They earned the stars.
Beware the FAKE reviews! There are a few hateful liars who posted here. I have been patronizing this store almost 7 years now and with RARE exception, the folks who work there are VERY nice and they prepare fresh sandwiches the way I want them.. even suggest better combinations of rolls vs the type of meats I order.
Only ONCE in 7 years did I receive a stale roll. The manager could not have been nicer, and she replaced the sub with a smile and an apology, even though I had already eaten half of it.
Anyone who thinks *any* restaurant is perfect, is not living in reality. I've spent a lot more at Longhorn steak house and they screwed up as well, but, like Subway, took care of me.
