I'm giving this a 5 star review because Tay saved the day. He was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. He was not the original person who greeted me. There was am older lady who did while a young girl was sitting in a low counter on the phone. The lady was wonderful but I don't think she had the register and liked at the young girl 2x and asked if I had been helped. The girl is young and I'm guessing still learning about customer service. Tay came around and had a great energy and made sure my order was made and that I had everything I needed.
My visit to this establishment was fine. They did not have kids meals, as I wanted to get something for my child who did not need all the food of a regular combo. The KFC nor the Taco Bell had a kids menu. The service was great, but it was a bit slow. The person who took my order did not prepare my food and it seemed like all available staff were focused in the drive through. During my visit a person who did not work there entered the kitchen area to get a staff member, in hopes of getting free food. This was unsettling since that person did not wash hands or go through the same sanitary requirements for staff. This happened so nonchalantly, it seems like this could have been a repeated behavior as no one from the staff stopped him, even though he was noticed by multiple members.
The manager Ms. Anita is the truth! ❤️ She quickly went overboard to correct my issue with my order making everything fresh. I appreciate how she compassionately handled me as a customer. She made it right and that's all we ever want! Kudos. Give her a raise.
