I worked there for 3 1/2 years, and overall its a great place to get great, fresh made-to-order pizza, especially with the deals they offer. One might say it's pricey, but there's a coupon for almost anything, just ask! The only downfall is the wings, and I've read other reviews that don't like them, so it's not just me. I'm not a fan, and there are many other options in town for wings, so if you're hungry for pizza, go pick up Marcos, but grab wings from another spot! If you're gonna pick up pizza, Marcos should be at the top of the list to consider.
I love their pizza, especially with crust toppers. I was devastated when a local pizza chain/franchise went under. I was hesitant to try another chain since Dominoes is garbage and Pizza hut is not that far behind. However, I have loved this place from day one! You get free video rentals as an added bonus. Occasionally an order gets messed up but management always makes it right..! I love to count the pizza places I drive past to get to Marco's... 5!
I have had very good and some very bad from Marco's. I certainly am happy to talk up the pizza and the good deals they have. As for the wings...they are easily the most pathetic wings I've had since Evan's Skateland when I was a kid. Evans Skateland! And those tiny wings were $3.50 a dozen! Their subs are good - not great, but better than say - Fresco. Service is almost always great - one time i was there on a Monday and it was bad (one worker seemed like she had a lobotomy). Otherwise, they're pretty friendly and comp'ed me one time because they thought the shaved steak on my pizza was burnt (I had it well done). It was fine and I got a free pizza. Order times are good. The only time we had a delivery was on shift at a bar and it took them 45 minutes to drive 4 blocks. It was pretty funny. She was nice though.
