Cheesy goodness. I came here to reunite with a couple friends. None of us had eaten there before and it was a good excuse to try somethng different. The hostess greeted us in a friendly way and seated us right away (the perks of going during lunch hr!) I have to say, despite the fact that our server was really nice, her description of the menu, and how the pizza was made and known for was a little shady and "like" not what I was looking for.
We ordered the mozzarella, basil and tomato for the 3 of us and it was just the right portion. The cheese melted in your mouth, and the crust was perfect! To my surprise, Peroni beer is just about $1.50 on tues and thur so I got good bang for my buck.
On the other hand the cheesecake was not the greatest. One portion was good for us 3 to share but I know for a fact that they must keep it in a fridge with other ingredients because some parts tasted like other food and not what cheesecake is suppossed to taste like. I will give them kudos for the crust though...
I fell in love with the decor, all the pictures in black and white of the classic people I love, like The Beatles and Marilyn Monroe.
I will try this place again, maybe at a different location so I can compare- and for sure I will give the wings a shot since they claim to be awesome, afterall...I am a sucker for cheese!
Excellent lunch bargain! Get a small lunch salad, small order of wing and a lunch pizza! Great meal. Sit at the bar and have ci ci wait on you! Great serves.
