3 of us enjoyed a late night dinner on 1/13/2017, best prepared food in ages! We ordered the Butternut Squash Ravioli In brown butter with gorgonzola, Sweet Potato Steak Fries, Kale Sweet Potato Wrap With dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and balsamic glaze, Grilled Chicken Breast with Herb Gravy with warm cornbread and brussell sprouts panzanella, and the most amazingly fresh, mouth watering Coconut Cream Pie that stole the show. Every ingredient was perfection in delicious combinations, meals were the perfect temperature, attractively arranged on the plates, and reasonably priced. Loved coming Sunday to this favorite of ours after relocating back to Knoxville. Thank you, Martha Boggs, for your "Welcome Back," to work and life in Knoxville. We love the farm-to-table fresh entrees at The Bistro, Sunday jazz and all-around just being here. This is the place to bring family and favorite people.
I've had so many great meals here! Fried catfish, salmon curry, butternut squash ravioli with Gorgonzola and brown butter sauce, summer tomato Benedict. Martha's collard greens turned me into a fanatic, and is there another place in town to get roasted beets as a side? The current sweet potato bowl is simple, satisfying and so delicious.
