A nice venue to eat, drink and listen to some music. We went shortly after they opened and they didn't have their liquor license yet, so just beer. The beer selection was rather limited, which was disappointing. However, the service was five stars. Plenty of wait staff and they took care of us while not getting in the way of the performance. I had the steak sandwich, which was cooked perfectly and very fresh. The bun was rather soft, which made it a little hard to eat. Their signature pickle was amazing. If you are a pickle fan, you should go just to try the pickle. The music did not disappoint and the stage set up made it easy for the singer- song writers to interact with the audience. Looking forward to seeing what future music they book.

A good friend and co-worker is playing live at this beautiful roadhouse today. I came with over 20 people and while all of us had a great time, some of us had some trouble. You will have to call if you want to host a party or play live. They don't charge for reservations. The stage can fit a standard band and the equipment is kept up well. But, I think they had the barback running the tables today, he wasn't really dressed for the job of waiting tables and he was quite forgetful of my friends orders. They may have been short handed; maybe they're looking for more waiters. He was practically running the whole floor. The limited dining menu is fairly priced and moderately filling. The weird thing is that the brisket is normally sold as a sandwich... that's just not right. It was good, but I didn't know you were supposed to ask for your meal to be an "entrée"! The beer is tapped ice cold. But the specialty drinks list is poorly priced! Margarita's for $10 & Martini's for $12?! Absurd!

4 stars mostly for potential. Good in concept, but a little weak in execution. The food was good, but we didn't get to try the brisket because the chef was dissatisfied with the quality! Something other than plastic utensils would have been nice. We will try it again.
