The workers are always nice and friendly here. Can be a little slow, but when there’s just 1 person working, it’s understandable.

Just stopped by for a pick me up pumpkin latte and received the best customer serve from Diana. I decided to also purchase a gift card but decided not to because they didn't have the envelopes for the gift card. After telling Diana that I decided not to purchase the card, she asked if she could make a suggestion. I listened and her idea of putting the card in an empty Starbucks cup was awesome!! Only because she gave me that great idea, I ended up spending $30! She was kind enough to decorate the cup for me to make it extra special. I really appreciated the great customer service Diana gave me and I will definitely go back again. She is a keeper! Thank you. Sassy
