We stopped in for a night cap. Late night amd there was a wedding going on so there were not many people in the bar. Our bartender was great and made a delicious long island. We chatted with him and the other bartender about bourbon and moonshine and weddings and the shark sightin at Lake Lure earlier that must have occurred why else would they shut the beach at 6??? Ha ha Great time

Nice place with some interesting history. Fresh shrimp cocktail was better than expected! Reasonable prices and well stocked bar.

I enjoyed myself. I had two strawberry margaritas. The only thing I didn't like is that their were no football games on tv.
