I am really touched by Kalani & Heidi Pa’s on-going concern for my husband who can no longer attend Anytime Fitness. You make us feel like family. Heidi, recently you spent 1:1 time with me that has really made a difference! I’m seeing more progress on weight pulls & machines. It’s exciting for a 83 year old woman! Thank you. I love coming to Anytime Fitness. It is the best way to stay fit, relieve stress & build stamina! Regardless of the season or the weather.

She listened so well and spoke to me in useful metaphors so I could develop insights about how the body works and what we are trying to accomplish. She gave me enough time to really understand and practice so I’m aware what I need to do until we meet again. She’s patient and so encouraging while clearly very knowledgeable. It was far better than I had even imagined!

I was scared to go to my first training session since I'm starting from couch potato status. Heidi really helped me see that it is possible to retrain my body and gave me some easy, repeatable moves to do each time I work out. I am excited to go back!
