This little bakery is great. She has a lunch menu and runs specials. I've enjoyed everything I've had. If there is a pie or cake you want that she doesn't usually have in the window she will make it for you. Custom cake decorating and excellent breads. We could not believe her prices. Such wonderful business and we really needed something Like this on the north side. She will even do cooking classes and cater. My wife and I go at least once if not twice a week.

Bianca's Bakery is fantastic!! She made us beautiful cupcakes for my granddaughters class at school and is now making her an Unicorn cake for her birthday party!! Total praise and Thank You to Bianca's!!!

Bianca can cook like an angel. She is warm, attentive and loving! The food is very delicious, clean and fresh! The atmosphere is warm and many gather to laugh and enjoy the food. I drive every Thursday from Tampa to Lakeland to meet with friends and enjoy the food!❤❤❤
