I can't speak on what happened in the past (other people's 1 star reviews), but I work near this Tim Hortons and go there nearly every morning. I get absolutely stellar service. Shaundrea (?) is awesome and recognizes my voice over the drive thru speaker and knows exactly what I like. I go out of my way to come to this TH on days when I don't work. Keep up the good work! 😊

Since new owners took over the store is open daily. And service is beyond great. I go twice or three times daily. Twice so far today but it's early. Yes I love coffee. They are doing a great great job. At the least the store is open. Last three plus years the store closed on a regular. Hoping they take over other two locations in town in case I move and can't hit the jolly store. Great job folks. Keep up the great service.
