I loved it. I just drove by it on my way home tonight. It's on South Cedar, a bit south of Mount Hope on the West side of the street. They were willing to make eggs for me at 8:45 PM. They were mixed with chorizo, onions, green peppers and jalapenos and just great. They made the corn tortillas from scratch!! You will enjoy it! If you are in Lansing, you owe it to yourself to stop by this food truck!!
