Most recent visit was after watching a movie at nearby Eclipse Theater. I tried the beet sandwich and loved it. The whitefish sandwich was not my flavor profile but it was good. I tried the egg sandwich and it was good although I thought the bread to egg ratio wasn't great. The housemade chips are so good! Love the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine allowing me to get creative with my diet soda selection! In previous visits, I've been a big fan of the falafel sandwich and I'd like to try the Chick-Fil-huh next time. That step to the back door restroom hallway is a doozy, and don't forget to ask for the bathroom code before going back that way. Very happy to have this place downtown.
I love this place so much. The staff is wonderful: friendly, down to Earth, helpful. The food is marvelous. No matter what kind of sandwich you are in the mood for, they have something for you. I'm partial to the Patty which is divine, but some days I just want a good PBB&J. I like to add chip bits to all my sandwiches for some crunch. If you are a vegetarian they always have good, delicious options too. If you've never tried this downtown gem, you should. If you are a regular customer, be sure to shout about their greatness to every corner of the world. Long live The Goodwich!
