We shared the calamari appetizer extra crispy... so good. I had linguini and clams, perfectly seasoned and exactly al dente. The broth was perfection. My friend had shrimp scampi and enjoyed every last morsel. The garlic-cheese bread was the perfect accompaniment. As was my blood orange Manhattan. The service was impeccable by all. Our server was friendly and cheerful as well as helpful. A visit from the manager was an added touch. A really wonderful dining experience. Well be back.
This place is a very good value. They have a list of wines under $35 that are excellent wines. The food was only a B+. I would like to try them again in case it was an off night. The pasta was sticky and clumpy. But, the dishes were flavorful despite the pasta.
Fell in love last night (1/10/23) with the Prosciutto & Fig pizza with arugula, parmesan cream sauce + balsamic vinaigrette dressing at Spiedini Fiamma which opened this past October at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa + Rampart Casino in Summerlin. It was a captivating blend of flavors + textures from chef Paula Smagacz. Dig the restaurant’s small plates, too: the bruschetta, shrimp scampi, meatballs with ricotta + (not pictured) crispy calamari with zucchini.
