Broken Yolk Cafe provides a great spot for a meal. The menu features a lot of breakfast fare along with burgers and other sandwiches. Lots of dietary restrictions accommodated. Omelets come with starches on the side or fruit cup in large pieces. French toast especially buttery. Gluten free pancakes fluffy. Avocado toast topped with a pair of poached eggs. Interesting drink options in hot or iced coffee and tea along with plenty of alcoholic options. Wait staff extremely attentive, even when restaurant at capacity. Hostess creative in getting larger parties seated quickly. Can eat inside or outside. Definitely worth a stop.

Get there now! Hands down best breakfast experience I’ve had in Vegas. And as a vegan that says a lot. Every dish and drink that came to our table we LOVED. Deyonna the waitress and Eric the general manager went above and beyond to make sure the experience was enjoyable. The team will also sing Happy Birthday to those celebrating 🥳. Run don’t walk to Broken Yolk. Now!!!

Had a really good experience here. Love the option to join the waiting list virtually, that really cut down our wait time. All three of our dishes were tasty, portions are substantial, and the prices are reasonable. The cocktails were okay and the regular coffee was pretty bad. I would definitely return and try the bloody Mary’s.
