Had an amazing customer service experience with Erron. Kindness, care and a great customer experience is what he and his team are all about! Thank you Erron! I've never been to a fast food place which provided such service!

Typical Wendy's stop today ordered questions whether what they repeated back to me was what I had really ordered and decided it was. Pulled to window where only 1 car was waiting. My turn at the window I was greeted friendly and they got the order perfect. Thanks for a fast friendly drive thru experience. Around 7pm 6/17/2023.

So i went around 9 am and I just want to say don't worry about the low rating. When I went it was fast the food was hot it was fresh it was even still hot when I got to my destination. Fries were still crispy I had the maple chicken bacon breakfast sausage egg and cheese biscuit and it was like an ultimate breakfast sandwich staff was friendly and professional even when they have been there all night. keep up the good work.
