Ordering for the office can be a little tricky off their online ordering system. But the order is on time, hot and ready to go when it’s supposed to be. The shrimp tacos are outstanding. I will definitely order from them again for an office party. My only request is that they mark the item or allow us to put the persons name on the plate. It is very confusing, trying to figure out which burrito belongs to who when you can’t open up the burrito on the inside. If they can mark which order is which on the plates I’d definitely give them a 5 star.
Great experience today at Cafe Rio. I get a vegetarian salad about every other day at Cafe Rio across the vegas valley and the cafe rio protocol for veggie salads is extremely unfair. Actually it’s sucks. They won’t give extra beans extra pico extra anything so you basically pay the same price for a meat salad without the meat salad. Who cares though as i just simply beg for all of that anyway and sometimes you get an amazing human who understands and gives extra since you aren’t getting meat. Well today it wasn’t that the person serving me broke or bent any rules he was just kind understanding and went above and beyond to serve. Lucas was amazing. I watched him serve others in front of me, then how he served me was really impressive, he was just simply aware, listened, explained and understood in the perfect way. Cheers to you Lucas, life is going to be easy for you with those attributes.
Hiiiiiii!! Super great restaurant, love Cafe Rio and the staff is great at this location. Although, I think they’d actually be more excited to be there and receptive to management if they weren’t yelled at and talked down to infront of customers. The MOD can take the time to walk over to them about being on the phone or even wait til the rush dies down but yelling at them is not okay. Please BE BETTER 🫶🏾
