I am not really sure why people expect Aria quality for a very economical price. We didn't notice any cigarette or cannabis smell that is mentioned often. Our room was clean and good enough. Yes, dated but for the price it exceeded all expectations. We're not gamblers but we still had a fun time hanging out at the bar area. The restaurant had good food, large portions, and fast service. There are a handful of other dining options and convenient store within walking distance. We never felt unsafe in the area around the hotel.
Pros
-Friendly staff*
-Very affordable
-Not too far from the strip
-Free airport shuttle
Cons
-The bartenders are very nice and efficient even when busy except for two that were there on a Saturday evening. They sucked
-Guest are not allowed on the top deck of the parking garage. We went to see the views but were politely informed by the awesome security staff
-We checked in at night and the check in desk is right next to the stage. The staff there were all wearing earplugs, which is good, but we really could not hear anything at all while trying to check in
It is a very nice hotel and casino.
The staff was very polite and very knowledgeable.
The room itself is very nice, clean and comfortable.
The area was also safe and I recommend this hotel.
For anyone who wants to come to Vegas and stay in a beautiful place.
It's not too expensive either.
Remember there are always holiday fees and they always take a deposit and the deposit can be anywhere from $100-$200 so keep that in mind when you come here.
It was an alright experience, stayed only for one night, only a couple complaints.
Upon entering you have to navigate through all the machines to the back towards a smaller check in area. Desk wasn't always staffed and I had to wait a few minutes for a staff member to walk out into the desk area to get their attention for check in or ask any questions.
You have to use your card to open the door to the hotel section which would normally make me feel a bit safer but there wasn't really stopping anyone from just walking in behind you after the door opens and following you in.
Deadbolt on the hotel room door wasn't present almost like it was ripped off previously.
Decent assortment of small bottles containing shampoo, conditioner etc on the sink ledge. Plenty of different towels to use.
Light outside the bathroom would constantly shut itself off after a minute of being on and I'd have to switch it off, wait a bit then switch it back on to continue drying my hair or using the mirror. A hair dryer being on the wall though was nice so I didn't need to bring my own
Bathroom was extremely small with half of it just being the shower alone and the door would go right to the front of the toilet making closing it while inside a chore. Hot water wasn't an issue which is very good though.
AC was easy to access and change to the temperature you need.
No fridge or microwave which is about what I expected for a 3 star hotel. Microwave available for use in the market store for purchased goods
Complimentary shuttle to the airport was amazing to have, driver was very nice and helpful
There was a pool on site that I didn't access.
Out front area was good for parking and for being picked up or dropped off using ride apps.
Most of the slots I checked out in the hotel were 20 line slot machines which chews through credits that even a $10 bill lasts you only a few moments unless you stick to 1 cent plays
Was allowed to checkout at 11am instead of 10am for free upon requesting. Did not ask for the fee for a later checkout.
I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in Vegas for a day or two but longer stays I might look elsewhere. All the little things quickly add up when you're paying close to $100-110 per night.
