You may be really hesitant to order from this Pizza Hut considering the absolutely abysmal reviews, I know I certainly was, but I ended up really being absolutely floored with the food. I skipped pizza and instead went with the 2 or more for $7 a piece, getting the Meat Lovers Melt and the Roasted Garlic cheesesticks. Both of which were hot and fresh, not to mention exactly like they were described and supposed to look/taste. The Melt was stuffed with cheese and toppings as well as crispy with being burnt. The cheesesticks had plenty of cheese, too, with lots of delicious garlic flavor. They even gave me an extra marinara without a complaint. Even the counter guy was friendly and prompt. Seriously dude I was so elated with the whole experience.
I mistakenly placed my order as carry out instead of delivery (using the Pizza Hut app) but a simple phone call with no hassle they had the my order delivered fast and still hot. Even though the error was my fault! Superb customer service!
Kaitlyn was the best, she has good customer service ( rare in Nevada pizza huts). There was a wait cause humans love pizza but who cares, she was super dope and was honest about it.
