Love little Caesars pizza. Best price and pizza
Ordered on the phone, and when I got there I was told I probably ordered from another store..the Manager Ce ce called the all stores on Durango..there are 3..and no one answered.lol...I observe the staff with Cece directions with a timed controlled hand wash and the change of gloves, I also noticed washing of hands..Cece replaced my pizzas for free...they said 15 minutes so I went to dairy queen for a drink, as I was walking back I saw the manager leaving..as I went back into the waiting area, the person in the back was making pizzas, spilled things, looked like string cheese on the floor and threw her trash on the floor, she never stopped to pick it up..as customers can see this..I heard the phone ring..nobody went to answer it..a couple of peple came in to order your hot and ready, and you did not have cheese..2 of the best sellers are cheese and pepperoni and you should always as a rule have them..just my observation..I was thinking probably 75% of this business is phones and customer service, I had stopped ordering from this store a year ago because they never answered the phone...I went there last month, thats when I noticed a new manager...Cece a suggestion; so this kind of work attitude needs to be made aware of..I want to give a shout out to for your great and kindly service ..CECE and thank you..but when your away , you have to either retrain your staff or get new ones, or hire you a lead..this hurts your bottom line and store reputation...again just my observations and these other reveiws...it seems like you can make this store turn around have great customer service and satisfaction...thank you.
