I am certain that my order will be great. I can only assume this because my order hasn't reached me yet. That is why this Jimmy Johns gets four out of five stars. Apparently they cannot follow directions because when I placed my online order I gave them specific instructions for which street entrance to use to find me. I wouldn't be so upset if this was the first time this happened, but it is not. It is the second or third time and I am done. Unless I get a reply from a store manager about how and why this keeps happening I'm going to either use a different Jimmy John's even if it means ordering from a store out of my neighborhood or I am done with them completely. Time will tell.

So good!! We love Jimmy John's! I went through the drive thru and it was quick! The one who helped me was kind and patient! The bread on the sandwich was so soft and it was really flavorful! And my daughter loved the BLT! Great service! Great food! Yum!
