Our friends took us to The Cheesecake Factory in October 23. We went with 3 kids and 3 adults.
We had a main course and desserts.
I had the Mac and cheese burger which was good. My girlfriend had a chicken burger and fries. The kids had lots of pasta.
The dessert was the main reason we went, but we were too full after the main course so we took the dessert home.
It was a good Oreo cheesecake.
It has been a very long time since our last visit here. It is located in the Topanga Mall. A lot of construction is going on. Hopefully, rejuvenation for the mall. Service was very impersonal. We had lunch. The restaurant was fairly empty. It's Mid week on Wednesday. Plenty of seating available.
Was wondering about the food since it was a while ago. We were surprised that portions are still very generous. The wife was craving the avocado egg rolls. Which she said was just as good. I had the lunch portion fish and chips. Four fluffy pieces and lots of fries. Great flavor. Mom had Renee's special. Tortilla soup, chicken salad sandwich (whole not half as expected), and mixed green salad tho she ordered Caesar. It was way too much food for her, so she had a snack for later. Too full to take one of the awesome cheesecakes home with us.
Overall, beat our expectations by staying consistent over the years.
I've been visiting the Cheesecake Factory in my area for many years. I preferred their previous location outside the Westfield Mall better. The interior is modern and sets The mood. The menu is large with varying dishes from American, to Mexican, to Asian. Pretty easy to find something that sounds good. They are usually busy between 5-7pm most days but especially on the weekend. I love their fish tacos. Don't forget to save room for a slice of their 30+ varieties of cheesecake! Parking is free but you might have to circle the lot a few times before you find a spot.
Amazing food and drinks! I had their chicken wings along with mozzarella sticks, french fries, and bread. Great beer too!
I’ve been going to all cheesecake locations for many years , I go to this location a lot if you’re going to go on the weekends I recommend doing a reservation through open table or Yelp . So you don’t wait a long time
I went there last night with my friends
I love to get for appetizer the stuffed mushrooms and the Cesar salad , for my dish I love the bang bang chicken and shrimp , my favorite dessert is the tuxedo cake it’s the best!!! My friends ordered the miso salmon I had it before it really tasty but I like it with mashed potatoes, and my other friend took the crust chicken with pasta and added mushrooms and they said it was really good too.
It’s always a great place to dine at ! Prices are fair and there is lots of variety of food so everyone always find what they’re in the mood for to eat. I’ve attached photos of what we ordered , we were so hungry when we got there so I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of the mushrooms appetizer and salad but trust me don’t miss on these mushrooms they are incredible!!!
Our server was really nice too
The cheesecake and food is really amazing. The ambience is good as well. Although the service was quite harsh. I was drinking water (the glass is around 20% full) and the waitress took the glass from my hand without asking. The straw was still in my mouth. It was so embarrassing as I was still drinking it. Overall it's a really good place to hangout with the friends and family as well.
Cheesecake Factory really has it down! We came on a busy Saturday afternoon. Told it would be a 20 min wait for a booth but they flew through that wait list and seated us within 10 min. Server was on point. Food and drinks were all delicious. Started with Korean Fried Cauliflower (yum!) Hubby got the Chicken Madiera (would totally order that next time) and I got Huevos Rancheros (also very good). Cheesecake is always the best!
I have a bitter sweet relationship with the Cheesecake Factory. I feel I should be compensated. Every place they sat us was filthy under the tables. We just finally gave up and sat down. The food was good but service was not the best. The servers were kind. Why is it that we were sat towards the back when the whole front was empty? I need a manager to contact me. I remember a past visit here where I called in my order, the guy that answered the phone put me on hold for 20 minutes they were about to close in 20 minutes too. When I walked in I was still on hold and the manager was there in front, the male cashier told me the kitchen was closed, but luckily I had used my daughter’s phone to call in, I was able to place my order through a female that answered the phone. I had some words with the manager that was standing right in front. That cashier had me on hold all that time intentionally. Like I said, I have a bitter sweet relationship with the Cheesecake Factory, but I keep going back 🤣🙃😁☺️
Very busy on a summer Sunday mid-afternoon. Only waited around 15 min for party of 2. The combo Steak Diane + Salmon was very good for the price. The Cinnabon cheesecake was excellent. Our waiter checked on us often and refilled our drinks several times.
One of my favorite restaurants. Great ambience, interesting menu , excellent service and amazing yummy food. This place never disappoints. So many varieties of cheesecake, must must try.
This was our 1st visit to the Cheesecake Factory in a long time and we were very fortunate enough to be served by Kirk. The service was impeccable and above any service we have ever received in years. Not only was the service great but the food and ambiance was great there too. Kirk even gave us a complimentary wheat roll to go. When I ask another waitress to give me his name so I could write this review, she went on to tell me how great he was and how he helped all his team mates too. I would give his service 10 stars if I could.
Good food. Potatoes were cold when we got our plates but the waitress quickly fixed it by bringing us hotter ones. Mixed drinks are kinda pricey. All n All a good experience
I think that everyone who has been at this restaurant gets to have an unforgettable moment, either with family and friends. I was there with my family and we had a terrific time. The food was delicious as always. It is always wonderful to go there. I recommend you to go there more often. Thank you for everything. Rafael
We always enjoy getting together for Happy hour here. I especially love the crab bites and glad to have a little discount on the house vino. What I particularly like is that as far as I have experienced, C.F. is consistently good coast to coast. Abd, if you don't like something they'll make it right somehow.
My grandniece and I had a delightful evening at a hightable in the Bar area at the Cheesecake Factory in Woodland Hills, drinking Martinis and eating Appetizers. We really loved the recommendations and service by Sara J. Ended with sharing a Lemon Meringue Cheesecake.
