Our friends took us to The Cheesecake Factory in October 23. We went with 3 kids and 3 adults.
We had a main course and desserts.
I had the Mac and cheese burger which was good. My girlfriend had a chicken burger and fries. The kids had lots of pasta.
The dessert was the main reason we went, but we were too full after the main course so we took the dessert home.
It was a good Oreo cheesecake.
It has been a very long time since our last visit here. It is located in the Topanga Mall. A lot of construction is going on. Hopefully, rejuvenation for the mall. Service was very impersonal. We had lunch. The restaurant was fairly empty. It's Mid week on Wednesday. Plenty of seating available.
Was wondering about the food since it was a while ago. We were surprised that portions are still very generous. The wife was craving the avocado egg rolls. Which she said was just as good. I had the lunch portion fish and chips. Four fluffy pieces and lots of fries. Great flavor. Mom had Renee's special. Tortilla soup, chicken salad sandwich (whole not half as expected), and mixed green salad tho she ordered Caesar. It was way too much food for her, so she had a snack for later. Too full to take one of the awesome cheesecakes home with us.
Overall, beat our expectations by staying consistent over the years.
I've been visiting the Cheesecake Factory in my area for many years. I preferred their previous location outside the Westfield Mall better. The interior is modern and sets The mood. The menu is large with varying dishes from American, to Mexican, to Asian. Pretty easy to find something that sounds good. They are usually busy between 5-7pm most days but especially on the weekend. I love their fish tacos. Don't forget to save room for a slice of their 30+ varieties of cheesecake! Parking is free but you might have to circle the lot a few times before you find a spot.
