6th floor rooftop restaurant is chic, quaint and cool. Nice view of the north and west.
Sitting poolside in a large comfy booth we enjoyed the crispy calamari with scratch made yogurt ranch, the double cheeseburger burger on the most beautiful brioche,
with butter lettuce, sautéed onion, and tomato. The fries were everything. The baja gin and tonic and lemon twist martini were very good.
We stayed here and visited the roof a couple of times but only had breakfast here once.
My both of my sons had the French toast. I had a larger breakfast that included eggs (scrambled), bacon, toast and hash browns. I managed to be the first one done so I have to say it was good!
Boys I think were perhaps expecting something more sugar loaded since they both love things like cinnamon toast crunch cereal but this is a more adult French toast tipped with fruit. Syrup was on the side. It looked good and the boys still ate which was good since we were heading to the airport shortly after and heading East, meaning by the time we were to get back home it'd already be evening.
There are nice views from the rooftop. Be aware there is also a smaller pool that shares the space here and sitting is limited. There are also washrooms for guests to use.
Really lovely tranquil space in LA. Staff really friendly and helpful and on a clear day you can get a view of the Hollywood sign. A good selection of food and wide enough for everyone (we had a vegan, a veggie and a few carnivores!).
Picture shows the Hollywood sign (honest!)
A great place for a business lunch
