The Corner Store in San Pedro is my favorite place to hang. I am lucky enough to get to play music there on Saturdays noon to three. Not only a cool hang, but they have a wonderful huge selection of sandwiches, food and drinks. Looking for your favorite soda pop? I bet they have it. Seems like a hundred brands and new ones showing up. I discover a new favorite each visit. Last week was a Huckelberry soda. Wow!!! That's tasty. It's a great place to bring your kids and family. Seating inside or outside. Old fashion neighborhood store like I had growing up. Locals love it and it's worth a visit. 5 stars

This is such a special place for our community and visitors. They have great coffee, a variety of unique sodas, delicious sandwiches and breakfast items, as well as wonderful gifts too. Peggy provides a wonderful atmosphere where people feel at home and enjoy meeting neighbors and friends for a coffee, tea, pastry or lunch. She is generous to open the store for community gatherings, live music, hosts Halloween events and Christmas events for the children. We are lucky to have such a special place in our neighborhood.
My favorite place in San Pedro, for coffee, a nosh. A unique cafe, packaged goods, candy/toy store, featuring local art and music, tons of history and funnies covering the walls. Old school, full of locals of all kinds, the great vibe of Point Fermin and the Paseo Del Mar, you can bring the doggies (outside).
