Good Food - Forget The Haters. My wife and I have eaten there about 10 times - nine times for lunch and once for dinner. Not once have any of the staff displayed a bad attitude or display rudeness - that includes the other employees behind the counter. Some reviews I've read claim the food is not "real" Vietnamese food, but my wife and I know that the food is "real" good. We love the chicken Pho because it's healthy and it tastes real good. For those who like something heavier, the pork chop is tasty and tender. I've eaten at other Vietnamese restaurants and Pho is Pho whether it's in Beverly Hills, Los Feliz or homemade. A rice noodle is just that anywhere - a rice noodle - and that includes the other simple ingredients. The place is super clean - including the restroom - the waitresses welcome us with a smile and are polite, and parking in the back is free. Don't like the faux bamboo? Go to Griffith Park, there are thousands of real trees for you to hug there - it's all about good Vietnamese food at affordable prices in a clean environment at Indochine. Don't like employees with tattoos? That's a discriminatory observation and distracts from the focus of the experience - the food. If you're that hyper-critical about the staff, the decor, and the food, either stay home and cook it yourself or go to Vietnam and get real. Forget the haters, the food is good people.
