First off the Pizza from this Domino’s location always gets a 10. I order deep dish with extra cheese, beef and Pepperoni well done. I pay extra for it but it is well worth it. My only issues are this. Last week I tried to use the $3.00 off for getting it ourselves. It would not work on the online ordering, so we tried to get the discount inside. They would not give it. The person said you can’t use it. So we just said OK and left. Tonight, I used the app and got my order. I used the tracking and when the app said it was ready I walked in. The counter person, said I can’t find it. Then came back and said you will have to wait while we remake it. Where is it? They said since you wanted it well done we will have to remake it… WHAT? If you can’t find it, I believe it must not have been made. So… I waited until they were “remade” and then they handed them to me, and said thanks. When I used to work in retail food sales many years ago, we would offer some sort of compensation. They did not offer a upgraded pizza, free pizza a drink or anything… Why are the places forgetting about customer service? Loyalty of customers. I just flat out believe nobody is taught basic business practices any longer. A little manners and kindness goes a long way with me.
My husband and I walked in ordered,ran an errand. Our pizza was wonderful. Lot's of fresh ingredients. I haven't had a pizza so good in a very long time. We recently ordered a couple of pizzas from a high dollar establishment. I was so disappointed. I even asked for a refund.
The Lowell store is just a great store. They take extra care of your order and make sure everything is perfect. Super customer service every time and the delivery crew is top notch. Couldn’t be happier! Keep going Lowell Dominos!!!
