Some of the pizza seemed a little older than a few minutes but it was really slow when I got there. The fresh pizza that did come out was awesome. I knocked one star off for the salad plates being extremely small. For about 6.50 ate very well , An adult buffet and water as the drink . I didn't have dessert . The Buffalo pizza was pretty good. I think there was cheese on it but I'm not sure, whatever those chunks were were good . Next time I will get the $10 buffet which includes 5 wings and a soda. The arcade looked pretty fun too but I didn't want to seem weird being a grown 30 year old man by myself . Lol. If you are not picky this is a great deal.

Pizza was delicious, and the marble brownies were amazing. It was pretty busy, but the staff seemed to be working hard to keep the place clean. Everyone was polite, and they were constantly replenishing the buffet.
I was in lubbock for one night, and this CiCi's location was near my hotel. I almost skipped it because of past reviews, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. I went in expecting the worst, but I honestly can't think of anything to complain about.
We have good service from the staff at CiCi's whenever we go. We went yesterday, 7-17-15, and the place was extremely crowded. The manager, Kat, worked hard to make sure that there was always fresh pizza and dessert coming out on the line and kept her team working well together. We did have to wait for some pizza, but considering the number of people there, the wait was not bad at all. (And, the pizza was always super fresh because of the crowds!) I applaud the staff of CiCi's for being able to provide great food and service while being full of large groups and families and a lot of children.
P.S. I wanted to try the new Stuffed Crust Pizza, but am a vegetarian and the pizza is pepperoni. My husband asked one of the workers, and they made me my own special little cheese stuffed crust pizza. It was very good!
