The best BBQ I've ever had. I ordered the rib and brisket platter. I can't wait to come back to Huntsville and eat here again.

*urp!* Probably the best Texas style brisket I've had outside of Texas- and better than most in Texas too! Tender and juicy, I didn't need a knife. The ribs and pulled pork were moist, tender, and delicious too, and the sauces (I tried medium and hot) added some tangy heat without being too hot to taste the other flavors. I wish they had some Eastern Carolina style sauce to put on the pulled pork, but I'm not going to hold that against them. I watched them toss some of the meat trimmings into the nearby beans, so naturally I had to have beans to go with it. The pecan pie was sweet and a nice finishing touch in the meal. I'll be back whenever I'm in Huntsville. Bonus - it's right near the airport, about 5 minutes away, so I could hit it before I caught my flight back home.

Spicy sausage is great. Pulled pork is very good, you can tell a lot of love goes into this food. Daughter got the ribs and she devoured them. Get there early for dinner if you want ribs - they run out quick. 100% recommend this place.
