I get my usual once a month's chicken pot pie and as usual did not disappoint period a sun rising price of food it's a good value and very tasty period
I am just letting everyone know what a fantastic store this is!!! The manager Franklin Omar Galdamez is the most compassionate and helpful person!!! My co-worker's husband had passed away and the funeral services were Saturday. I was unable to make the services due to being out of town and we wanted to contribute by not being able to be there, so we thought we would order chicken and have it delivered. Three hours of trying to find someone who would do it was a very difficult task, DoorDash & GrubHub would not take the order due to it being so large. I then went to KFC website to order and it took my order and then canceled due to the amount of chicken. I called the corporate office and they connected me with the Manassas location. Franklin went above and beyond to help me with the matter. He took the order and made sure that it was delivered to the proper location by the time it was needed and he never broke a sweat! He did not charge me for the delivery and that was amazing for him to do. Please keep in mind if you communicate with people honestly all things can be worked out. I read a few reviews saying service and food was horrible. I am a lunch regular at this location due to proximity of my work it is very convenient. I almost always get the same thing. By the time I had went here a couple times the staff already knew what I was ordering. Always very welcoming and nice. Also I go through the drive thru, so totally on top of there game if they spot me with those horrible cameras and greet me like family. Also some state the employees can barely speak English, racist much? Most of the staff during the day seem to be Hispanic and have accents , but never have I had an issue understanding any of them. Orders have been messed up now and then, but when I politely return they always happily corrected it, normally with something extra thrown in for apologies.
