Came here for a quick bite to eat as we were traveling through Marquette. We were able to sit outside immediately as it wasn’t too busy. Started with a beer and a cocktail which were great! I had a Marquette mule that was very refreshing. Then went with the Whitefish tater tots which were superb. Not too fishy at all and great with the aioli sauce. For our entrees we had the whitefish tacos and the soup and salad combo. Everything tasted fresh and was delicious! Great staff and atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Stopped in for a quick bite. Not so quick. Drinks came out quick, but I sat and watched my meal sit in the kitchen window for 15 minutes. I had the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw, which was very good. My wife had the fish tacos which she says was very good. We shared a bowl of the whitefish chowder, which was a little soupy for a chowder. I didn’t like the fact there was a kitchen staff bonus charge on my receipt and a credit card charge before they knew I was paying with a credit card or cash.
From the host to the waitress and the cook, they were all super nice and friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the corn chowder soup and the whitefish tacos with a side salad. It was amazing! The chowder was creamy and perfectly seasoned. The salad was a spring mix with tomatoes, red onions, and cucumbers and I paired it with their lemon vinaigrette and it was delicious. The white fish, which is caught right there, it was so fresh and taste so good. I will definitely come back.
