Mistakes happen and I for one have had bad experiences with other larger known companies with larger staffs then our local Dairy Queen. I've also been at DQ at times when people have came back up to the front to complain about something that wasn't right with their order and the folks behind the counter always did their best to correct the error even though most who did complain walked back up acting like DICKS because something wasn't right and like the world was collapsing beneath them because oh lets say there was a friggin tomatos was on their burger. Really? Your such a child and want to show your ass because there was a tomato on your burger? Your gonna make them remake a burger instead of pulling the one off the burger you have? Complaints about the runny ice cream? At least you got ice cream. Almost every time I visit McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell. Their machines are always broke! Never fails. You ever stop to compare the size of the DQ to other businesses and their staff on hand? They absolutely do their best with what they have to make your experience a great one, but with most people now "want it my way, want it fast" is all they care about and to hell with everyone else including these hard working, under appreciated DQ workers.
The Martin Dairy Queen is always busy but they work fast and the wait is never very long. We love going there.
