The most AMAZING eating experience of my life! My husband and I went with the tasting menu and flight of complementary wines. Every bite of food brought an explosion of layered flavors - that we’d never experienced before. And each sip of wine married with the flavors perfectly. Our server navigated us through this tasting kaleidoscope with passion and expertise. A wonderful evening that we’ll never forget.
One of the best experiential meals I have ever had. Imagination without pretentiousness. From the beginning of the meal, the simplest gazpacho to the end - a complex caña de cabra mousse with honey ice cream and brown sugar croutons - every course was memorable. Do not skip the nitrogen-frozen caipirinha!
Very flavorful food. My favorites: Black Rossejat paella-style pasta, squid ink, shrimp, aliolI; Pollo al Ajillo Cubano slow-cooked chicken thigh, black garlic; Cuban Coffee Rubbed Churrasco passion fruit (and I am a sporadic meat eater). The Blanca Room provides a fantastic dining atmosphere. Highly recommend it.
