Chris our waiter was exceptionally professional , we haven't had an experience like this in a very long time. He described the food as a work of art. And informed us of the exact detail of the ingredients , as well as the origin of the food we ordered. Tim , Was also very accommodating and ensured that we would be leaving with a big smile on our face. Our Dinner was excellent, we ordered Toro, and a special dinner with a mixture of short rib, rice and exotic mushroom with an Asian flair which gave our palate a mixture of balanced flavors. I recommend PAO Faena and can't wait to go back and indulge in the beautiful atmosphere, the service, and the delicious menu!

Simply delicious. The menu is unfamiliar at first. But with the assistance of the helpful staff it was a master of minutes before the scrumptious food was flowing. The Short Ribs are a must. Everything was delicious.
