Since its establishment in 1996 in the area of Miami Beach known as North Beach, the Argentinian Steakhouse, Las Vacas Gordas or “The Fat Cows” in English, has remained a traditional food venue in the city for savoring the luscious and soft Kobe-style meat typical of Japan from Kobe the capital city of Hyōgo Prefecture, whose cattle strain is known as Wagyu a breed of Japanese stock.
As specialists in the grill culinary arts, this restaurant’s portions are large and usually accompanied with wines from its own cellar which boasts a good assortment of Argentinian, Uruguayan, European and American wines.
It is a cozy place, where families and friends will be at ease. The pleasant manners of its staff and the up close and personal service provided by its owners make it a special must-see establishment.
Excellent food, one of the best meat I've ever tried. Definitely worth to be back, and we will. We had to wait for the food for a while, but the food is worth it.
