El Chalan is not only the best Peruvian food, but the best restaurant in Miami. Their kind staff will take care of you and don't worry if you're new to Peruvian food-- they will guide you! The Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, and every seafood dish is a MUST have. The value is incredible: huge portions at a fair price. I have introduced my family and friends to this restaurant, and they will make a special trip to Miami just to eat at El Chalan. Head chef was trained in Lima, and he's the best there is!
