Just outstanding. Exceeded expectation, food was fresh, hot, FAST, consistent and sets a high bar. Flavors and freshness as bold as a samurai’s blade. In my history of cooking in New Orleans fine dining, coming to this MUST HAVE in Miami blew me away. Not to mention the staff- professional, punctual, quick, and CARING. Thank you Jan, amazing server, positive, happy, and a warm presence. Not to mention it was his first night as a server, but my perception said he was a seasoned vet. Thanks Luis, very cool GM. Upon entering Novikov Miami, you will immediately be transported to a world where modern sophistication meets timeless elegance. My favorites are Kobe sushi, caviar, lobster and duck.

Blown away. From the ambiance, great service, selection, and food and drink quality/creativity this once ranks EXTREMELY HIGH!! Choice stay if you’re in the Brickell area. You won’t be disappointed.
