Da Tang Zhenwei is the most impressive Asian Fusion restaurant I have ever been in America. The ambiance is so warm and comfortable. The royal style, delicate decorations and high-quality collections make it worth a visit even as an "excellent royal museum".
The hot pot at Da Tang Zhenwei meets the highest standards. There are six choices of hot pot broth on the menu and my friends and I enjoyed each one of the broth, nutritious and delicious. There are a bunch of choices on seafood, lamb, beef, toufu, tomatoes, vegetables, and noodles, etc to cook in the hot pot with an assortment of dipping sauces which would be kindly explained by the servers. The organic ramen and crispy tofu are so unique that I haven’t ever seen in any other hot pot restaurants. One of my favorite courses is the whole fresh fish that is amazingly good both as sachimi as well as in the hot pot. It is also a unique scene that they have a fresh mushroom mini farm, from where the mushrooms would be cut onsite by your servers and put into your hot pot, and the mushroom root would be continuously growing out with new fresh mushrooms. The plum juice is the best one I have ever tasted in my life!
Moreover, the service is premium and considerate, which is far beyond my expectations on a hot pot dining experience. I am so excited about this restaurant in Brickell and I will be back again and again with my friends.
One of my favorite restaurants in Miami! Great service. Great food. Great experience
Unique experience, amazing food, great happy hour, excellent service
We love this restaurant!!! Food is very good
The restaurant is in Bickel, so it’s not free to part. The parking lot outside is $9/hour, and the restaurant can give you $2 off be aware if it’s $7 the parking lot can only take CASH.
The food is good, but pricy. The place is fancy, so it makes sense. Seems like they are know for their hotpot, as we see everyone around us ordering that. But it was a hot day already, so we ordered dry pot. Still really good and tasty!
One star off just because I think they can be a bit more in portion size for the price 😄
Wow, what a restaurant. One of the best chinese cuisines i’ve had!! The hot pot was amazing. So was the vegetarian dry pot. And the scallion pancakes as well as the ramen. All veggie fare and so delivious!
Had a great time and the place it was beautiful. The hot pot and the ramen was so good! It's a must go you will enjoy it.
Best Peking duck in Miami. And really great hot pot. TLDR: I used to live in HKG - this place is the real deal.
I was recommended to come by this place for authentic Chinese food, and an experience. Not only was the waiter, Jean, attentive, respectful, and checking in several times throughout the meal, but he was professional and able to give solid, varying recommendations for both food and drink.
The pricing, as it should, varies. Simpler, affordable, and authentic meals were priced just like any other restaurant you'd find, but at a higher quality. I had the Beijing Duck, and although knowing it is more expensive, is more than worth every dollar; in fact, getting the whole duck may be the right move next time!
Hands down one of the best meals I've had in Miami, with a safe and beautiful area to walk and take pictures after your meal. There was so much I wanted to try, I had to get a completely different dish to go. You'll be hard pressed to find a more unique and serene place to go in the Downtown Brickell area, for sure.
See you next time!
