My party of two arrived around 1945 and the place was packed. We were quoted a 25 min wait time but were seated within 10 �. This place is huge and so you’re not sitting on top of other patrons and The service we received from our water was excellent. He suggested some really good frozen drinks (can’t remember the name) and they were delicious. The Sautéed Crab claw appetizer was the perfect portion for two and my entree of popcorn shrimp and fried catfish was seasoned just right. Only thing I didn’t care for was the Cajun rice which I asked for fries instead and it was no problem. I will definitely be back for seconds. Everything was fresh and better than expected. Good to know that I don’t to go way on the other side of town for a great meal. It’s right in my backyard �

Just had lunch and it was delicious. Fried green tomatoes with special sauce appetizer, pick 2 platter with catfish and tail on shrimp and seafood platter. Our compliments to the chef as the food was cooked perfectly. Southern portions = you will not leave hungry. Our server Ally was �� plus. Thank you Ally for being extra attentive. Great atmosphere and roomy seating. Will definitely be going back again.

Oh my heaven. The food here is amazing. The service was fantastic. I have no complaints. We had fried green tomatoes with the special sauce, man I could have that as a soup. For delish. We had their famous gumbo and I know why it's famous. I was outstanding. Then my husband and I shared a 2 meat platter and the catfish flaked apart. So good. We both left beyond stuffed. The food was fantastic. And quick. 38 minutes from sit down to waddling out the door. And they were busy. I am so happy to find this gem.
