Amazing coffee shop and bookstore. They have a very wide selection of sandwiches and other snacks. Fantastic homemade milkshakes!! Friendly staff and homestyle atmosphere. Highly recommend. Will go back again!

My husband and I stumbled upon Falling Rock Cafe and Bookstore during our first anniversary trip to the UP in May and it instantly became a favorite stopping point each day of our trip. The warm and inviting atmosphere, delicious menu and hot coffee made for the perfect way to start our days before hiking, kayaking and exploring. Imagine my excitement to meet one of the owner's at a school event at Ford Field last week and then to receive coffee and mugs in the mail today. We highly recommend you stop in and enjoy a hot cup of Michigan Cherry coffee, a yogurt parfait, good conversation and great company. Thank you to the Dwyer family for this true gem in a northern town, we can't wait to visit again!

The cutest bookstore/cafe ever. Tons of gluten free options and they’ll even let you look through their recipe book if you are worried about allergic reactions. The food was delicious and the ambiance is awesome. A great little place if you want to sit and relax.
