We tried the advertised bowl meals at a Naples store location. The serving size was very large and a good value. Service was polite, friendly and efficient. The chicken in our dish was a little dry but was greatly improved with the addition of ample servings of pineapple rum sauce. While we did not order peppers, the dishes covered with peppers were enjoyed. The store was sparkling clean with plenty of available seating. Overall, this location is average as far as food but superior in cleanliness. The pineapple lemonade is fantastic.

The new assistant manager Israel was very helpful when trying to figure out what to order. He made this experience one that I have never had in all of the years I have been coming to this establishment. It’s nice to see things turning around in a positive direction.

I wanna appreciate the manager Israel this location very friendly good smile also very Efficiency With work Israel asks my family how was the food and the stay I replied back to him said very good love the environment the place very clean while I was there he wash taking also other people how was the food I like the fact was manager came the lobby that show a lot he care for his customer thank you Israel keep up the good work
