Definitely in the Top 3 of classic New Orleans bars. It's a little on the art house side but I've never found it pretentious. It's dark inside with excellent shot + beer specials. It's a comfortable place. Especially if you like the eccentric New Orleans vibes and old school punk rock. They project B movie horror flicks on the big screen and it's just really chill. They also have hotel rooms upstairs that are exceptional for a weekend stay. Availability is limited though.
