I had the opportunity to visit Jaeger Burger last Saturday evening. The food, service, and environment were all amazing! We were looking for a burger place, and live right in Lakeview. After looking on the internet for a few minutes and wanting to grab something convenient, we noticed that this place was right in our neighborhood. We had seen it before, but never realized it was it's own place as the sign is right by Parlay's; making it look like a part of the actual bar. We did find out that they do personally deliver to the bar also, but they are indeed completely separate! That being said, though they need a little help pushing the name, I will say this right now is the best burger in town. It tops Company Burger and Port o Call! The Jaeger Burger itself is a masterpiece! The bun the Jaeger Burger rests upon was created by the owner and Susan Spicer (owner of Mondo, and several other very famous restaurants in town). If you would like to add bacon, mushrooms, or anything on do it, the burger is priced reasonable enough that you won't pay out the wazoo to get what you want, though once you taste it you will see that the extras really aren't needed! I also recommend the home cut fries! Thanks everyone happy tasting!
