Only tried the banana pudding and the apple crisp pudding. I'm not super into bananas but the banana pudding was still good. The apple crisp stuff is incredible though, if they aren't sold out. The other problem is that what you get is a little inconsistent. Sometimes it's heavier on pudding, other times on the vanilla wafers. I haven't had one heavy on apples yet, but I've had one that had only a single piece of apple. That said it's still good, just not as good. Definitely recommend taking the risk as it's good no matter what.
Five star for Banana pudding. The texture and flavor both are amazing withou too sweet.
Brownie fudge one is ok. Blueberry pie is too sweet for me though.
The shop is not so much crowded when I visited in the late afternoon.
NYC MUST TRY. I personally don’t even eat bananas HOWEVER this banana pudding is amazing. Everyone has their own opinions but I think if you have not tried Magnolia’s Banana Pudding… YOU SHOULD! It’s a perfect snack while roaming around NYC. There are many convenient locations, grab a spoon and enjoy!!
We could not leave New York without having a taste of its iconic banana pudding. The banana pudding was great and not too sweet which aids in binge eating the entire large cup. But my favourite was the blueberry cheesecake which was tastier than their banana pudding for me. I loved their blueberry cheesecake so much that I couldn’t even wait to click a picture before devouring it.
Beautiful store! I've been to the one near Rockefellar Center, and it's always packed with tourists. Which I get, but it kind of kills it. My hotel was near this one, so I got to try it without any rush to order or chaos of people. Don't be scared to buy one thing to try. We just wanted to try the banana pudding, and we got a small cup to share between the 3 of us, and then we continued our day. It was about $4-$5, I believe. It's definitely worth it.
I tried the limited strawberry banana pudding and it was good, but not something I’m crawling to eat again. It mostly tasted like strawberry, I wanted more banana taste. My dad loved the red velvet cupcake!
Magnolia is iconic New York dessert, especially their banana pudding. If you stop by here make sure to try that first.
The shop has a bunch of premade pudding cups of all different sizes ready to go in the fridges so you can grab one and go.
The banana pudding itself is swirled with lots of fluffy vanilla cake (not the nabisco crackers some other places use), real banana, and tons of cream to top it off.

It is good - sweet and decadent. Almost too much so for my taste! I’d recommend going to Magnolia Bakery with a friend/companion who has a sweet tooth! That way you get to try their famed dishes without feeing overwhelmed!

Best bakery in the history of bakeries. There banana pudding is to DIE for and a must try. They often come out with seasonal flavors too so make sure you check and see if there is one. I love their cake slices and cupcakes too. Oh and no need to worry if you’re not in the city or don’t feel like waiting in the line, they ship anywhere! Just check out their website or ship on DoorDash.
Great bakery stuff. Banana pudding is famous but found it overrated. I much preferred the chocolate cake and cupcakes

One of my new favourite bakers places!! Highly recommended, I got brownies, bent butter brownies, red velvets cheesecake (it was a bit pricey for the size but still my favourite) and the famous delicious banana budding
