If you are fortunate to be greeted by Georgette, founder, and General Manager, you get an immediate glimpse of her passion for serving and preparing a meal that will enhance not just your senses but the memories you make together at her every table. She brings over twenty years of experience working with many famous Chefs from around the world. A recipient of many awards for her culinary excellence, she brings this to her menu in a most talented manner. Guests may choose whole roasts of Duck, Rabbit, Rib Roast, Lamb, Suckling Pig, and Salmon in addition to roasts for two, including Guinea Hen and Chicken too. You can select choices from the Rotisserie and then make your sauce selection. So whether you prefer Provencal, Herbes De Provence, Cognac, Au Poivre, or Garlic, you will be amazed. But don't forget to order the Rotisserie Potatoes as these are roasted beneath their delicious roasts and foods. But having that said, do save room for dessert. Traditional favorites abound - Chocolate Souffle, Tarte Tatin, and Creme Brulee, to name just a few to tempt you! And for theatergoers, they have a Prix Fixe menu as well as the Private Dining Salon for up to ten guests. You get a quality food in a great decor. The chicken was very flavorful. I was disappointed to see that they were already cooked and did not see any chicken cooking on the rotisserie in the kitchen (see photo)
First visit was lovely. Ribs, filet mignon, and all appetizers and vegetables/sides were delicious. Look forward to coming back here and trying one of the whole roasts.
Really great food. Catslin the Manager made me and my date feel really welcome. The food was out of this world and the service was top notch!

Love this place! My friend Brad took me here. The food is delicious, we had the duck for our table. My favorite thing is the gnocchi. The service is elegant, everyone is very attentive and sophisticated. The setting is elegant. Georgette greets you herself. Their wine selection is great but our friend brought his own wine so we didn’t try any of theirs. We sat by the fire place. Really lovely romantic spot. And it’s by the park, go for a walk after.
We went on a Saturday night and the staff was phenomenally attentive. The food was beyond amazing and everything I could have hoped for in French cuisine. Come prepared to share dishes! The manager also gave us a complimentary dessert to finish our meal off which was a great personal touch. I will be coming here again!
Fantastic food and service. The chicken was moist, tender and full of flavor. The steak was cooked perfectly and served with a great Bernese sauce. I enjoyed the sides that I ordered as well was the drink menu. I will be going back again. (November)
I have been back a second time and had the same great dinning experience! (February).
Great food and great ambiance. In addition to the chicken, the ribs are also very good. We also got a side of carrots that were roasted perfectly. Lastly, we got fries that were your standard fair. You would be better off trying the other potato options.
This wonderful, unpretentious French bistro was about as perfect as we could have hoped. Not only was the staff warm and welcoming when we made a late reservation, but their attentiveness after what must have been a long day could not have been more appreciated by these out of town guests. We will most certainly return and cannot recommend it highly enough.
Began the night with some wonderous service and amazing drinks. The main courses were also magnificent. Although the chicken is amazing, you will not be disappointed with any of their dishes. The dessert was an amazing compliment to the rest of the meal. Lovely!
We had the duck a l'orange, potatoes, asparagus and haricots verts. Sommelier was helpful and enthusiastic, and her wine pairing was flawless. Everything was amazing, one of the best meals we've ever had. They were proactively attentive to multiple food allergies. Almost their entire menu is gluten free, and I did not feel like I missed out on any part of the total experience! The restaurant was quiet and we had a beautiful peaceful evening out.
Amazing French fare. They even had the classic French mustard - rather difficult to find the real deal. Interestingly the carrot side was fantastic. A must have! Great Romantic ambiance but not stuffy. Danna was in pure romance mode with chicken gravy as a plus.

My mother, my 7 year old daughter and I had a magical night tonight at this amazing French restaurant. It was our last night in NYC on our very first "girls trip." We were seated in the back booth near the open kitchen and after receiving our drinks, a woman came up and asked my daughter Audrey if she would like a tour of the kitchen. She was thrilled! We soon realized that this friendly, charismatic lady was Georgette! Not only was the food out of this world, but the experience was extremely special. We loved everything about it. Georgette came back after dinner, took my daughter back to the kitchen and taught her how to make the desserts we ordered. The Madeleines were the best. Rotisserie Georgette is very special. The sauces and vegetables that go along with the rotisseries are delicious and beautiful. It is an upscale restaurant in midtown Manhattan that is both kid friendly and absolutely delicious, a very rare combination. We loves our server and all the staff. No doubt 5 stars all the way. Wonderful place for an intimate and tasty meal. Ambiance is great either for a romantic date or a quiet business lunch, and the food was yummy. The chicken was delectable, as one would expect, but the fish and salad were unexpectedly good (especially the Salad G). Great desserts too!
It's pricey but the quality of the food and drinks is with its weight in gold. If you really want to impress someone or just have an amazing fine dining experience, this is the place. Order the Savory Madelines you won't be disappointed.
