Very informative. A hands on gelato making class with all the ingredients and an apron is provided. A lot of different gelato samples and multiple pints of gelato to take home to eat. Clean restrooms and a clean sink area to wash up.
My only concern is that there was no sign showing that the class was being held downstairs from another business.
We took a class with Chef Jason Rice through a Groupon deal. Jason treated us to a wonderful and fun evening where we made four flavors of gelato and were allowed to take home a pint of each; considering they cost 15 dollars at the shop, it offset the course largely, but the experience was priceless. A great class for a date, celebration, or even just a nice night out!
The class was absolutely wonderful, the instructor was well organized and despite a full class , everything was smooth sailing. The instructor was very knowledgeable and gave excellent tips for recreating the Gelato at home. Would recommend this class to anyone who's interested in Gelato making .
