Yum yum yum!!!! I pass by Liberty Links every day and finally stopped over to bring some things home for dinner. Pastrami dumplings filled with pastrami, swiss and sauerkraut. Potato pancakes that were hot and crispy. I wanted spicy so I got a hot Italian sausage which had a nice kick, it was crispy with sautéed peppers and onions. Brian is the owner and chef. He was very welcoming and went through the menu with me & what my options were. You have plenty of toppings and sauces to chose from. Gourmet sausages are featured every month. If you haven't gotten your gourmet sausage fix, head over to Liberty Links. It's located on Atlantic Ave between Freeport Liquor store and Shamrock Pub by Guy Lombardo. Enjoy!

I have been to liberty links many times. The quality never waivers. The service is always top notch. It’s great to see someone who is really cooking from their soul and not just following some corporate how to book. Don’t pass up this little store front. It is worth the tight parking. I have enjoyed everything on the menu that I have tried. My wife and I will drive from farmingdale just to get a “hotdog” we rarely just get a hot dog.

Had such a good lunch!!! I had sausage with ketchup mustard and onions. My friend lives dangerously. Hot chorizo sausage with fresh melted mozzarella and hot peppers!!! For a side potato pancakes! Best I’ve ever had!! Small and crunchy!! Just wish it was apple sauce and not sour cream to dip!! This place is a small hidden gem in Freeport! I couldn’t even tell you how many different sausages there are!! All made and smoked on premises!!! Definitely a place I’ll be going back to!!!
