I used to pass this place on my way Karma Bar & Lounge up the block, a lot. It's an old a familiar haunt that I've gone to for more than a decade. Recently, I skipped it in favor of trying Aziza. I'm glad that I did. The atmosphere is more subdued, the hookahs are much smoother, and spicy hummus is to die for. However, if I could change anything, it would have to be the music. There simply isn't a more diverse selection of music. Mainstream rap, hip-hop, and pop music simply don't match the interior of this establishment. And the volume of said music is way too high to enjoy a nice conversation in a place that looks like the kind you would go to for just that sort of thing. Apart from that, I love Aziza. It's become my new favorite place to unwind and just chill. Heads up to Ronnie! He's a great guy, and always makes you feel welcome. :)
Authentic hookah and some of the best flavors ive ever had!
