Newark has a burger spot worth a trip to now. Burg is now one of the defining features of Military Park and the spot is great as there is ample outdoor seating in the park or a pick up window to go eat on the lawn. The burgers are good, though I didn’t think they stood up to Shake Shack or even Five Guys, though good enough to be worth visiting. The menu is pretty large and varied as well with way more choices of topping combinations than those other burger joints. The sides we tried were only average though. The fries were good, but a little flaccid. The crispy broccoli is deep fried, making it tasty but losing most of the broccoli taste. Service was very friendly and pretty quick even for a big order.

Best burgers I've ever had PERIOD! The classic with bacon and an egg...perfection! Worth every penny! Raven was who attended me, she is an excellent representative of burg.

Delicious and creative burgers - we had the Korean and Chipotle! Yummy fries. Great beer and wine selection. We will be back!
