I just found out last week that Chris' Bakery existed! Luckily for me, my Saturday involved a trip to Oak Harbor and I of course had to stop by and give a cinnamon roll a try. And I am so glad I did! A cute little bakery with so many choices! Seating was a little limited, so be prepared if you go on a busy day. The cinnamon roll did not disappoint. It had just the right amount of soft, "gooeyness" inside and the glaze was not insanely sweet. The staff was also so friendly. My family is definitely going to enjoy all of the muffins and goodies I loaded up with.
I haven't been here in a while, felt out of place because I decided to make a return today and browse around early on a Saturday; they were swamped with customers but the moment I came in I was greeted, was able to ask questions and wasn't rushed. The young lady that helped me was so sweet. We got a few donuts and two bread (would definitely recommend the chocolate croissant to everyone, it was delicious). Their homemade bread is incredible, we got the French bread to go with our pasta and cant wait to try the cinnamon swirl bread tomorrow. We are looking forward to being returning customers and trying your chocolate pie. Thanks again for the wonderful experience even when you are at your busiest.
When I had to order a cake for my parents 50th anniversary, I knew Chris' Bakery would not disappoint. It was fantastic. I had to order it via email, as I live in TX, and all communication was thorough and professional. Each layer was a different flavor (lemon, vanilla and almond) and it was DELICIOUS! Everyone was very impressed, especially my parents. Thank you for the amazing edible work of art!
